Lucy is a Lecturer, Researcher and Chartered Psychologist, passionate about creating health, happiness and wellbeing in workplaces around the world.
Following her PhD and consulting in the field, she writes, speaks, researches and advises on business traveller health and happiness, so travellers have knowledge and take responsibility for behaviour change, plus organisations, airlines and airports provide the best support, space and tools.
She loves using research to uncover new, inspiring insights for evidence-backed decisions, direction and sustainability and her work has been presented at various international industry and academic conferences.
She is a reviewer for and published in peer-reviewed journals, plus a member of the Institute of Travel Management, Global Business Travel Association, British Psychological Society, International Society Coaching Psychology, European Association Work and Organizational Psychology and a Community Leader for International Positive Psychology Association.
On a personal level, Lucy has lived in 6 countries, travelled to 51 and day-to-day, lives and breathes wellbeing feeding the soul with nutritional and lifestyle medicine plus brain training. She is an occasional BBC TV presenter on adventure sports, even appearing on the front cover of the biggest selling triathlon magazine (220 Triathlon) and loves to clear her mind with trail running, mountain sports, bike-packing and long-distance triathlon, balanced with yoga, burying her head in books or exploring the world.
