I have more than 30 years of experience in the management and leadership of people and business, having worked in the administrative and human resources actively supporting business expansion in several Latin American countries (Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Brazil, Porto Rico, Venezuela e México). As an International Human Resources manager, I worked actively in the development of people and leaders promoting practices and mentoring that helped in the development of a cooperative and team-work human mindset focused on business. I worked actively with career counseling, conflict management, definition of personal and corporate strategies.
I work as a consultant for the company in which I am a partner, Olhar Humano Consultoria de Desenvolvimento Sistêmico e Programas de Gestão de Felicidade, with the purpose of continuing to be a transformative agent in human and organizational development.
