Liz is a founder and SVP at Impact Performance Group, leading teams in research, program design, and implementation of custom leadership, sales, and service training solutions that enable organizations to deepen client relationships and ignite employee engagement. Liz interacts with leadership at Fortune 500 companies to enhance sales productivity, increase service effectiveness, and strengthen leadership and coaching skills in financial markets, healthcare, and manufacturing. Her consulting involves using Appreciative Inquiry and strengths-based strategic initiatives. Liz is a Certified Practitioner in Appreciative Inquiry and Strengthscope. Liz is in the process of completing Daniel Goleman’s Emotional Intelligence Coaching Certification and certification as an International Coaching Federation Coach. Liz serves as President of the International Positive Psychology Association’s Work & Org Division. Liz is currently pursuing her Masters in Applied Positive Psychology at UPenn. She holds a BS in Marketing from Boston College and an MBA from NYU in Finance and Accounting. She resides in Wellesley, Massachusetts with her husband, Joe, and her three children.
