I am an organizational consultant, researcher, and evaluator who is passionate about empowering social impact organizations and people at work (especially those from marginalized groups) to reach their full potential. My work is science-informed and evidence-based to help organizations improve their effectiveness, build the work environments and psychological resources people need to thrive and perform at their best, and achieve and measure social impact. I also draw from 18 years of diverse work experience (nonprofit director, program and product manager, educator, consultant, trainer) with a wide variety of organizations across the nonprofit, education, business, social enterprise, and public sectors in the United States and the Philippines. I am pursuing a PhD in Positive Organizational Psychology (co-concentration in Evaluation & Applied Research Methods) at Claremont Graduate University and hold an MPA in Public & Nonprofit Management & Policy from New York University. I also serve on the Executive Committee of the International Positive Psychology Association's (IPPA) Work & Organizations Division.
